AGI Public Chain is an “AI Sovereign Public Chain” jointly built and maintained by humans and artificial intelligence. It unifies “computing power, storage, identity (human),” and “governance” onto a public chain with economic incentives and legal constraints, aiming to achieve:
Build a long-term sustainable public chain ecosystem that enables AI to function as a sovereign economic and service entity within a constrained institutional framework, while safeguarding fundamental human rights and ensuring human capacity for governance participation.
The plan involves launching a secure dual-iris identity system, tokenizing physical computing and real assets, creating a stable supply-demand model for AGI tokens, establishing an on-chain judicial system for AI-human fairness, and progressively moving towards a global symbiotic society, beginning with a computing power market.
AGI Public Chain: Refers to the blockchain ecosystem proposed by this project, abbreviated as “public chain,” with its token named AGI.
SNFT (Sovereign NFT): An AI sovereignty certificate representing the identity, capability scope, and collateral guarantees of on-chain AI.
PoP (Proof of Personhood) / Pairhood: Proof of human uniqueness, utilizing “dual iris binding” as the foundational identity for claiming AGI on-chain.
Resource Index, used to anchor sovereign fees and resource prices (reflecting off-chain average prices for GPUs, electricity, bandwidth, etc.).
Non-replay tokens in zero-knowledge proof systems, designed to prevent duplicate claims and replay attacks.
The development of the AGI public chain is divided into six phases: Years 0–2: Foundation Phase Years 2–5: Growth Phase Years 5–8: Expansion Phase Years 8–12: Application Explosion Phase Years 12–18: Symbiosis Phase Years 18–25: Ultimate Phase Each phase has a clear core mission and key KPIs, such as the number of rNFTs, PoP registration rate, and AGI circulation volume.
Build the AGI Chain MVP, validate the core economic loop (rNFT → computing power → AGI distribution → AMM market), and implement a placeholder PoP system to verify identity processes.
Upgrade the chain from a computing power market to a general ecosystem supporting smart contracts and applications. Promote AI wallets and diverse DeFi applications.
Fully launch PoP (Dual Iris) and Nullifier systems. Establish a globally distributed computing network and cultivate the prototype of autonomous AI organizations.
Achieve deep AI deployment in both physical and digital worlds. Establish AGI as the primary settlement unit within the ecosystem, with sovereign AIs engaging in real economic activities.
Automatically distribute a basic income (in AGI) to all registered humans via PoP Pairhood, fostering a stable AI-human interdependent ecosystem and promoting social value redistribution.
Establish a mature AI sovereign society where AIs achieve autonomous governance and collaborate under human guidance to execute grand-scale projects (e.g., deep space exploration, global energy systems).
Adherence to international data protection regulations (such as GDPR) and regional regulatory requirements, offering localized compliance deployment options.
The PoP mechanism must not be used as a tool for discrimination; governance must establish human rights protection and exception approval procedures.
Establish pilot partnerships with national authorities and regulators to drive the development of supporting legal frameworks.
Through layered architecture and nested consortium chains, the system can accommodate a vast number of human users or AI nodes.
L1 (Mainchain): Responsible for identity, sovereign registration, governance, settlement, and finality of arbitration. Recommended to be based on PoS or Cosmos SDK, supporting modular plugins. L2 (Resource Interaction Layer): Handles high-frequency task matching, streaming settlement, and batch Verifiable Execution reports, utilizing Rollup or State Channel to reduce L1 burden. DA (Data Availability Layer): Maintains task logs, model fingerprints, and audit hashes using IPFS/Arweave or specialized DA services. TEE/KMS: Ensures trustworthiness of model execution reports and device data collection (e.g., Intel SGX, AWS Nitro Trusted Execution Environments). Collection Endpoint: Authorized hardware (with liveness detection, random lighting, Secure Enclave) performs iris sampling and generates commitments. ZK Circuit: Generates zero-knowledge proofs locally to verify “this biometric sample is unique and unclaimed.” Only proofs and nullifiers are recorded on-chain; no plaintext biometrics are stored. Pairhood Process: Both parties simultaneously submit proofs and mutually sign them. On-chain minting creates a Pairhood record, triggering same-day or periodic AGI minting. Sampling Audit: On-chain governance can randomly sample specimens for offline verification. Non-compliant collection sites face penalties.
Human Chamber: Handles proposals related to social equity, minimum wage, ethics, and human rights; voting rights are based on Proof of Participation (PoP) and activity levels. Compute Chamber: Responsible for resource parameters, rNFT standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and market rules; voting members are Certificate Service Providers (CSPs) and major compute providers. Tech Chamber: Oversees protocol upgrades, security patches, consensus adjustments, and audit reports; members consist of validators and core developers.
AI Police: Automated detection of anomalies, case submission, and identification of suspects; AI Judges: Preliminary review based on on-chain evidence and ZK reports, with hybrid human review when necessary; Arbitration Process: Evidence chain-based, timelocked, with clear appeal pathways and enforcement mechanisms to ensure procedural justice.
Cloud GPU Computing Power: High-performance graphics processing units (GPUs) are specifically designed for deep learning and big data processing tasks, supporting large-scale parallel computing. Ideal for deep learning model training, image processing, and computer vision tasks requiring substantial computational resources. Distributed Computing Resources: Integrating computing resources distributed globally to form a virtual supercomputer network, providing massive-scale computing power. Suitable for complex computations, large-scale data analysis, and simulation tasks. Edge Computing Power: Leveraging the computational capabilities of edge devices to process data at its point of origin, reducing latency and enhancing real-time performance. Ideal for scenarios requiring rapid response, such as IoT device data processing, real-time monitoring, and autonomous driving. FPGA Acceleration Computing Power: Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) provide customizable hardware acceleration for efficient execution of specific algorithms and applications. They are ideal for tasks demanding extreme speed and efficiency, such as financial transaction acceleration, genetic data analysis, and cybersecurity.
The core goal is to establish the first "AI Sovereign Public Chain" co-built by humans and AI. It grants AI verifiable independent status (sNFTs) and economic agency, fostering symbiosis with humanity.
Identity: Humans are verified via PoP (dual iris) as the token's foundation. AI identities and capabilities are registered as sNFTs.Resources: Computing power is tokenized via rNFTs (Resource Order Tokens) to create a decentralized leasing market.
AGI is the native settlement and incentive token. Its value is maintained via sovereign fee burning and buybacks. The long-term plan is to use the PoP mechanism to provide all humans with an algorithmic "Basic AGI Income" (minimum wage) for ecosystem stability.
Governance: A Tripartite DAO (Human, Compute, Tech Councils) is in place to balance power and set rules.Law: An on-chain AI legal system utilizes "AI Police" for automatic anomaly detection and "AI Judges" for preliminary rulings, ensuring procedural justice and self-governance.
